Green River Capital and Sister Companies Experience Growth in 2010

SAS 70 Type II Certification completed, preferred agent network expanded

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah, Mar. 1, 2010 – Green River Capital (GRC), an REO asset management and loss mitigation provider for mortgage servicers, investment firms and banking institutions, announced a successful 2010 with the addition of seven new clients and the growth of its sister companies, Infinity Valuation Services (IVS), which offers broker price opinions, and Green River Financial (GRF), a short sale company. In addition, GRC also expanded its preferred agent network and completed its SAS 70 Type II certification.

GRF increased its number of short sale clients by 50 percent, improving the company’s short sale inventory by 42 percent. Additionally, short sale closings more than doubled in 2010. IVS also experienced a revenue increase of 36 percent, generated by a 52 percent increase in BPO orders.

Additional 2010 highlights include:

More than 1,000 Neighborhood Home Consultants (NHC), local, preferred agents, were qualified and trained on Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and possess a strong ability to communicate with financially at-risk borrowers; and

GRC became a licensed debt collector in 49 states.

GRC and GRF successfully completed an audit of internal operational controls and have a SAS 70 Type II report available for their clients and their clients’ auditors. This report details the companies’ operational controls and tests them for effectiveness in both business and technology. The SAS 70 report provides an overview of the company’s REO and short sale management services, systems and processes as well as a description of related control objectives and user control considerations.
