Mr. Reilly’s 20-year career includes executive positions in default and asset management with Bank United, Deutsche Bank Securities, Impac Companies, ABN-AMRO, and Fairbanks Capital Corp. He is active in industry associations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association, and has served on advisory boards for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and United States Foreclosure Network Attorneys. Mr. Reilly holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin with continued executive education in finance from Stanford University and Six Sigma training provided by GE Capital.
Katie BrewerChief Operating Officer
Ms. Brewer has been in the default servicing industry for more than 12 years and brings a breadth of experience including collections, loss mitigation, regulatory compliance and REO management. She joined Green River Capital in April 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to, Ms. Brewer held the position of Vice President, Collateral Based Solutions at Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, where she was responsible for leadership, service delivery and portfolio performance. She began her career at GMAC ResCap, where she held various management positions, eventually as Vice President of Liquidations. Ms. Brewer holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Oklahoma State University in Business Administration, with a focus on International Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.
Aviva BushSenior Vice President - Closing and Title
Ms. Bush brings more than 18 years’ experience in the Real Estate and Foreclosure industry. Her experience in working directly for and with banks makes her a valuable member of the Green River executive team. She joined Green River in 2008 after having filled a very similar role for Fidelity National Asset Management Solutions in Colorado. Ms. Bush has worked for such reputable companies as Fidelity, Fairbanks Capital, LOGS and First National Bank of Commerce. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans, Louisiana.
Andy OliversonSenior Vice President - REO
Mr. Oliverson joined Green River in 2005 after working several years in asset management and real estate. Prior to Green River, he worked in collections, loss mitigation, commercial asset management, and mortgage origination. He was instrumental in Green River’s growth and success, as he helped launch the company from five employees in 2005 to one of the largest Asset Management companies in the industry today. Mr. Oliverson received a B.S. degree in Economics at the University of Utah and currently holds an active Utah Broker’s License.
Brent TaggartSenior Managing Director - Business Development
Mr. Taggart has worked in the real estate and mortgage trading industries since 1999 in a variety of roles at Fairbanks Capital, Credit Suisse and 406 Partners. He has expertise in pricing, due diligence, portfolio management and oversight of servicing. He is an experienced leader in business development and client management divisions. Mr. Taggart earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah and also holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Richard LundbeckSenior Vice President - Component Servicing
Mr. Lundbeck has more than 17 years’ experience in managing and starting new business lines within the title insurance and real estate industries. Prior to joining Green River, he served as Senior Vice President and County Manager for North American Title, where he was responsible for the day to day management of multiple offices located throughout Santa Clara and Alameda counties. He has also held senior level positions with ServiceLink, LPS, and United General Title Insurance Co. where he led teams in REO operations and Closing and Title services.
Kirk CopaVice President - Finance
Mr. Copa brings 18 years of accounting experience, including accounting management positions at both public and private top Fortune 50 companies in the service, construction, and retail industries for JCPenney and Flying J. Since joining GRC in 2009, he has enhanced GRC’s mission of indispensability by focusing on the continually evolving needs of both the company and its clients. Leading a dedicated team through the company’s successful financial audits, SOC1 compliance audits, and the acquisitions by GRC’s parent companies has provided confidence in forecasting the impact of GRC’s growth and expansion initiatives. Mr. Copa has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and holds CMA and CFM license designations.
Shane MasonVice President - Information Technology
Mr. Mason has been with Green River since its inception in 2003 and brings more than 20 years of broad information technology experience. He leads a strong team of developers, network administrators, and database/data warehouse professionals in the mission of providing best in class services to our clients. Mr. Mason has experience with and consulted for a number of small to mid-size companies in the mortgage servicing, property management, medical, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries.
