About Green River Capital

Green River Capital (“GRC”) was formed under the premise that a high level of REO management needed to be offered to the industry. Experienced professionals who utilized cutting-edge technology and a network of highly skilled and diligent attorneys, brokers, appraisers, contractors and title professionals form the base of GRC. Because of reduced asset loads combined with measureable performance standards, GRC managers are able to monitor their assets more closely and maximize returns for our clients. GRC believes in measuring and reporting performance on an asset-by-asset basis, instead of portfolio averages.

GRC presently employs over 200 people focusing on residential and commercial REO asset management, short sale management and asset valuation services. The senior management team alone has over 135 years experience in the asset management services business, and all its asset managers have at least three years experience in the mortgage and real estate industry before entering into their respective GRC training program.

Over the past seven years, GRC has built a business that has managed over 90,000 REO assets in both residential and commercial. GRC’s reputation has emerged as one of the top performing asset management companies in the nation, and over the past seven years, it has built a client base of over 20 clients ranging from national and regional banks, private equity firms and credit unions. GRC prides itself that it has never lost a client and continues to grow its client base.

It is our mission to be “Indispensable” to each and every one of our clients. To this end, we pride ourselves in being the most flexible asset management company in the industry. We are continually modifying our services and processes to match the desired goals of our clients. We have created alternative methods for our clients to increase execution while decreasing loss severity. In addition to REO asset management, GRC offers short sale and DIL services thru our sister company GR Financial (“GRF”) on assets prior to the completion of the foreclosure process. GRF is able to work in conjunction with the loan servicer to manage the entire process including borrower intervention, property valuation, marketing, title and closing. GRF is currently a licensed debt collector in all 50 states allowing us to provide our clients full service from 60 day delinquency to the sale at REO. This business has increased in volume substantially since 2009 and we expect that trend to continue.

GRC has also recently created a BPO/Valuation company, Infinity Valuation Services (“IVS”). IVS offers a wide range of valuation products which includes BPO’s, appraisals, desktop reviews/value reconciliations, property inspections and more. IVS leverages GRC’s REO broker database to complete their BPO’s which ensures that a local expert is evaluating each asset with an emphasis on the distressed market. Our brokers are evaluated and graded on their BPO performance which directly affects the listing business they receive from GRC which ensures a quality product and accurate value.
