Green River Capital, together with its partner REDC, was a pioneering force that developed the current REO Auction Management model. GRC allows its clients the flexibility of adding assets to any upcoming REDC auction. When notified of a client's desire to participate, GRC seamlessly transitions the assets to its Auction Management Group. GRC completes various tasks prior to auction, tailored to client's specific needs, including:

  • Agent Training
  • Current Values
  • Financing Review
  • Complete Repairs Required for Financing (with seller approval)
  • Valuation Reconciliation
  • Open House Coordination
  • Title Curative Services

Day of auction and post auction services include:

  • Auction Day Support - A GRC rep on-site to review each asset as they are auctioned
  • Complete Post Auction Closing Services - Deed execution, HUD approval, Confirm funds received
  • Live access to all assets marketed via auction through our system, REOConnex

As an industry leader in REO Asset Management, GRC is pleased to provide additional, flexible types of disposition to reduce holding time and loss severity. GRC is the servicer who created the current Auction Management Model and thus can create many efficiencies that will not be realized with any other Servicer.
