REOConnex is the proprietary asset management software used by Green River Capital (GRC) and is available to our clients as an integrated part of the services we provide. REOConnex is used by asset managers and vendors to manage and monitor assets through their entire lifecycle, from acquisition through closing and final disposition. Built on a web framework, REOConnex is available to GRC clients and vendors wherever internet connectivity is available. REOConnex has a level of availability and performance that ensures technology provides a competitive advantage in asset management and sale processes.

REOConnex interfaces with client proprietary systems and with third-party vendor systems to receive and deliver data in a timely and accurate way. REOConnex uses Lender Processing Services’ (LPS) Mortgage Web Services for its data interface with LPS systems for clients who use them as their system of record.

In addition to a highly integrated web-based asset management system, GRC provides clients with a reporting dashboard that provides them insight to their portfolio performance and GRC’s key performance indicators. The Client Dashboard displays such metrics and ratios as average number of days from list to sale, sales price percentage of reconciled market value, percentage of assets under contract at month end, and monthly turn rates.
