With a surge of short sales expected to inundate the loan servicing community in the coming months, GRF offers a forward thinking pre-foreclosure short sale and deed-in-lieu programs that has served its clients since 2008.
Recognizing that every Client’s needs are unique, our programs offer support from various points in the loss mitigation process and continuing through the successful sale and close of an asset. GRF also offers a version of our full service program designed to support HAFA.

Use GRC’s Short Sale Referral service by connecting borrowers interested in a Short Sale to GRC. The service uses the industry’s best agents under GRC management to proactively guide the Short Sale effort to success. The service includes securing borrower cooperation, valuing, negotiating, resolving title and closing under your guidelines.

Our short sale program has two components, which can be tailored to meet the individual needs of our Client. To provide the utmost in flexibility, Clients can use one or both services:
•Homeowner Counseling (door knocking)
• Short Sale/DIL negotiation and liquidation

GR Financial leverages the Preferred Broker Network of Green River Capital to successfully educate and guide borrowers through loss mitigation options that prevent foreclosure from start to finish.
With nationwide coverage, our Preferred Broker Network consists of thousands of top performing real estate professionals whose expertise is based on working with delinquent borrowers and the disposition of distressed properties. Only those Brokers who have proven their abilities to GRC over the years and passed debt collector compliance training/testing are included in our short sale efforts.

Once listed, GR Financial employs the proven talents of Green River Capital to effectively liquidate properties:

Clients can choose to use our short sale/DIL services with or without the Homeowner Counseling service. Moreover, Clients can combine the services of GRF and GRC to maximize liquidation results and avoid delaying foreclosure efforts. This is to say, that should a property not sell while listed as a short sale and if a DIL is not an option, the Servicer can complete the foreclosure and GRF will seamlessly transfer the asset (with all the progress in work) to GRC to sell as an REO. The result is an REO sold in less time and resulting in a reduced REO loss severity.
